This package is for people who are serious about their fitness goals. It includes a monthly workout program consisting of cardio and weightlifting. It requires a commitment of working out 3-5 days a week. We will have a least 2 online coaching sessions a week for me to monitor your progress and check your weightlifting form. In addition, we will be developing new eating and sleeping habits monthly. It’s a full comprehensive, gradual approach to helping you reach your goal in a sustainable way.
