To reach your fitness goal, you need a specialized program tailored to your specific needs and your unique body type. Brittany is committed to creating the perfect workout program for you and your body. She'll start by asking you about your medical/injury history, fitness goals, previous workout experience, current commitment level, and available equipment/ gym access. Next, she will ask you to send over before photos and measurements which will be kept confidential at all times. With this information she will create for you a custom 4 week workout plan according to your specifications and needs. Every 4 weeks she will help you reassess your progress and goals before creating a new 4 week workout plan (limited space is available per 4 week cycle for new clients).
