STRENGTHEN:

Do you want to build a booty and increase your strength? If so, I recommend doing Pistol Squats to a bench. You can even grab a partner and make them share your pain like I did. Check out this video on IGTV to see these squats in action.

EXPLORE:

If you are looking for an adventurous place to take your kids or friends from out of town, then I would recommend visiting the Wizarding World of Harry Potter inside of Universal Studios Orlando. I went two years ago and had an amazing time since I’m a huge Harry Potter fan. The park in Orlando is twice the size of the park in Hollywood and includes the opportunities to ride the train to Hogwarts and to experience the Escape from Gringotts ride (featured in the photo below). You also have the opportunity to visit both Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade! This summer, the park released a new ride called Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure. I heard that there was a 10 hour wait to ride this new adventure on opening day!. Since then, Universal Studios has implemented a Virtual Line that allows you to save your spot in line for the ride so that you can experience other magical things inside of the park while you wait. The ride is inside of Hogsmeade aka Universal’s island of Adventure, but I would recommend that you purchase a park hopper so that you can experience Diagon alley and also ride the train to Hogwarts. Click here for more information on the new ride! I promise that any HP loving fan will love visiting the Wizarding World in Orlando!

EAT:

If you were a 90’s kid and you are near Los Angeles, then I highly recommend that you check out the Good Burger Pop Up in West Hollywood. The venue brings forth major feelings of nostalgia. It’s modeled after the classic All That skit, Good Burger. They offer Good Burgers, Good Fries, Good Shakes, Good Chunks, and of course, plenty of Orange Soda. Vegan burgers are offered as well for those of you with dietary restrictions. There is even a life size shake machine if you’d like to try the “strawberry jacuzzi” like Ed once did. Additionally, there’s an arcade with classic 90’s video games and a Nintendo 64 game system. There is even a full bar just in case you decide to return to your adult self for a moment an enjoy a cocktail or two. Check out my Instagram to see more photos of the pop up.

SHOP:

I’m a huge fan of saving time by shopping online. One of my go to websites is Brandless. They are committed to supplying household products and beauty products that don’t contain some of the harmful chemicals that other brands do. You can find cleaning products and personal care items without SLS or Parabens. Their products are also cruelty free! Their selection of health and wellness products is pretty vast and impressive. Their prices are fair, yet they keep the quality of their products very high. They can do this but cutting out the middleman, and delivering their products straight to your door, instead of making you drive to a physical location to purchase their products at inflated prices. In addition, a portion of you purchase goes towards providing someone in need with a meal through the Feeding America foundation. So what are you waiting for?
